A workspace is your main dashboard where you manage websites, clients, and settings. It’s the central hub for all your Lindo.ai activities.
Website limits by plan:
  • Free: 1 website
  • Pro: 3 websites
  • Business: 10 websites
  • Elite: 25 websites
  • Reseller: 100 websites
Currently, each account has one workspace. For multiple workspaces, you would need separate accounts.
  1. Open Settings in the sidebar
  2. Go to Workspace tab
  3. Edit the workspace name
  4. Click Save
Depends on your plan—check Settings → Plans for your specific limit. Ranges from 1 (Free) to unlimited (Reseller).
  • Owner: Full access, billing control
  • Admin: Manage settings and team
  • Editor: Create and edit websites
  • Viewer: View-only access
Yes, team members can see all websites in the workspace based on their role permissions.
  • Team members: Your staff who help manage the workspace
  • Clients: Your customers who access their own websites (Business+ plans)
No, clients only see websites assigned to them. Each client’s view is completely isolated.
  1. Open CRM in the sidebar
  2. Add the client with their email
  3. They receive an invitation to access their dashboard

  2. Go through Workspace, Appearance, and Domain tabs
  3. Configure your branding and custom domain
Yes, upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings → Plans. Changes take effect immediately.
