Common Causes & Solutions

Incomplete Stripe Onboarding

Problem: Stripe account setup not finished.Solution:
  1. Log in to Stripe dashboard
  2. Check for pending requirements
  3. Complete all verification steps:
    • Business information
    • Bank account
    • Identity verification
  4. Return to Lindo.ai and reconnect

Verification Pending

Problem: Stripe is verifying your information.Solution:
  1. Check email for Stripe requests
  2. Log in to Stripe dashboard
  3. Complete any pending verifications
  4. Wait for Stripe to approve (1-3 days)

Connection Timeout

Problem: Connection process timed out.Solution:
  1. Refresh the page
  2. Try connecting again
  3. Use a different browser
  4. Clear browser cache

Country Not Supported

Problem: Stripe not available in your country.Solution:
  1. Check Stripe’s supported countries
  2. Use a business entity in supported country
  3. Contact support for alternatives

Browser Blocking Popup

Problem: Stripe popup was blocked.Solution:
  1. Allow popups for lindo.ai
  2. Check browser’s popup blocker
  3. Try again

Checking Stripe Status

In Lindo.ai

  1. Go to Settings → White Label → Integrations
  2. Check Stripe section
  3. Status should show “Connected”

In Stripe Dashboard

  1. Log in to stripe.com
  2. Check for alerts or requirements
  3. Verify account is active

Reconnecting Stripe

If connection is broken:
  1. Go to Settings → White Label → Integrations
  2. Click Disconnect (if shown)
  3. Click Connect Stripe
  4. Complete the flow again

Invoice Issues

Invoices Not Sending

  1. Verify Stripe is connected
  2. Check client email is correct
  3. Check spam folders
  4. Try resending invoice

Payments Not Processing

  1. Verify Stripe account is active
  2. Check for Stripe dashboard alerts
  3. Ensure bank account is verified
  4. Contact Stripe support if needed

When to Contact Support

Contact Lindo.ai support if:
  • Connection fails repeatedly
  • Status shows connected but features don’t work
  • Error messages persist
