- Log in to Stripe dashboard

- Return to Lindo.ai and reconnect
Verification Pending
Problem: Stripe is verifying your information.Solution:
- Check email for Stripe requests
- Log in to Stripe dashboard
- Complete any pending verifications
- Wait for Stripe to approve (1-3 days)
Connection Timeout
Problem: Connection process timed out.Solution:
- Refresh the page
- Try connecting again
- Use a different browser
- Clear browser cache
Country Not Supported
Problem: Stripe not available in your country.Solution:
- Check Stripe’s supported countries
- Use a business entity in supported country
- Contact support for alternatives
Checking Stripe Status
In Lindo.ai
- Go to Settings → White Label → Integrations
- Check Stripe section
- Status should show “Connected”
In Stripe Dashboard
- Log in to stripe.com
- Check for alerts or requirements
- Verify account is active
Reconnecting Stripe
If connection is broken:- Go to Settings → White Label → Integrations
- Click Disconnect (if shown)
- Click Connect Stripe
- Complete the flow again
Invoice Issues
Invoices Not Sending
- Verify Stripe is connected
- Check client email is correct
- Check spam folders
- Try resending invoice
Payments Not Processing
- Verify Stripe account is active
- Check for Stripe dashboard alerts
- Ensure bank account is verified
- Contact Stripe support if needed
