Common Causes & Solutions
Insufficient Credits
Problem: Not enough credits to complete.Solution:
- Check balance in Settings → Credits
- Purchase additional credits if needed
- Create a new workflow
Invalid Prompt
Problem: Prompt contains unsupported or conflicting requests.Solution:
- Review your prompt for clarity
- Remove contradictory instructions
- Simplify complex requests
- Create new workflow with revised prompt
CSV Format Issues (Batch Import)
Problem: CSV has formatting errors.Solution:
- Download sample CSV from Workflows
- Compare your CSV structure
- Fix common issues:
- Missing required columns
- Extra commas or special characters
- Wrong encoding (use UTF-8)
- Empty rows between data
- Re-upload fixed CSV
Rate Limiting
Problem: Too many workflows started at once.Solution:
- Wait 5-10 minutes
- Start workflows in smaller batches
- Split large CSVs into multiple files
Checking Workflow Status
- Open Workflows from sidebar
- Find your workflow
- Status indicators:
- 🔵 Running - In progress
- 🟢 Completed - Success
- 🔴 Error - Failed (click for details)
Recovering from Errors
If Website Was Partially Created
- Check “Your Websites” for the site
- If exists, open in editor
- Use AI to complete missing sections
- No need to restart workflow
If Website Wasn’t Created
- Note the error message
- Fix the underlying issue
- Create new workflow
- Ignore the failed one
Best Practices
- Enable notifications - Get emailed on completion/failure
- Test first - Single workflow before batch
- Keep prompts simple - Complex = more likely to fail
- Check status - Don’t assume success
