Open the AI Prompt Builder

After logging in, you’re in your workspace dashboard. The AI Prompt Builder is front and center with a large textarea labeled “Build stunning websites with AI.”

Describe your website

Click the textarea and write a description of what you want to create. Be specific about your business, the sections you need, and the style you’re going for.Example prompt:
A modern landing page for a coffee shop called "Bean & Brew" in Portland.
Include hero with shop interior photo, about section, menu highlights,
location with hours, and contact info. Warm, cozy design.

Add AI tools (optional)

Click the (+) button next to the textarea to add refinement tools:
  • Language — Set the content language (default: auto-detect)
  • Mode — Choose Dark or Light theme
  • Color Palette — Pick your brand colors
  • Website URL — Reference an existing site for design inspiration

Choose page structure

Click the dropdown (default: “single-page”) to select:
  • single-page — All content on one scrolling page
  • multi-page — Multiple pages with navigation menu

Generate your website

Click the ↑ (submit) button. The AI will generate your business description, create the page structure, build each section with content and images, and apply styling. This takes 30-60 seconds.

Open the Website Editor

Your new website appears in the “Your Websites” grid below the prompt builder. Click the website card to open it in the Website Editor where you can make changes.

Refine with AI Chat

In the Website Editor, use the AI Chat panel on the left to make changes:
  • “Make the hero headline larger”
  • “Add a testimonials section”
  • “Change the color scheme to blue”

Publish your site

When you’re happy with the result, click Publish in the preview header. Your site goes live at yoursite.lindo.site immediately.

Tips for Better Results

  • Be specific — Include your business name, industry, and desired sections
  • Mention style — Words like “modern,” “minimal,” “playful,” or “elegant” guide the design
  • List sections — Hero, features, testimonials, pricing, FAQ, contact
  • Reference sites — Use the Website URL tool to show examples you like
