Open Workspace CRM

Click CRM in the sidebar.

Select the Client

Click the client in the list.

Go to Billing Tab

Click the Billing tab.

View History

See all invoices:
  • Invoice number
  • Date
  • Amount
  • Status

Invoice List

Each invoice shows:
  • Invoice ID
  • Service name
  • Amount
  • Status (open/paid/refunded)
  • Date created

Actions

From the list:
  • View details
  • Copy payment link
  • Download PDF
  • Refund
