  2. Click Feedback from the dropdown menu
  3. A feedback form opens
  4. Write your feedback
  5. Submit

Have an idea for a new feature?
  • Describe what you want
  • Explain why it would help
  • Share your use case
Example:
I'd love a way to schedule blog posts for future publishing.
As a marketing agency, we prepare content in advance and
want to set publish dates.

Bug Reports

Found something broken?
  • Describe what happened
  • Include steps to reproduce
  • Mention your browser/device
Example:
When I try to upload a logo larger than 5MB, the upload
spinner keeps spinning forever. Expected: error message
about file size. Browser: Chrome on Mac.

General Feedback

Share your experience:
  • What you love
  • What frustrates you
  • What could be better
Example:
The AI prompt builder is amazing! Would be even better
if I could save my favorite prompts for reuse.

Feedback Best Practices

Be specific
  • “The editor is slow” → “The editor takes 5+ seconds to load on pages with 10+ sections”
Include context
  • What were you trying to do?
  • What plan are you on?
  • How often does this happen?
One topic per submission
  • Easier to track and address
  • Gets faster responses
