If a team member didn’t receive their invitation, you can resend it.

Resending an Invitation

  1. Go to SettingsTeam
  2. Find the pending team member
  3. Click the Resend button
  4. A new invitation email is sent

When to Resend

  • Original email went to spam
  • Email was accidentally deleted
  • Invitation link expired
  • Team member can’t find the email

Invitation Status

Team members show different statuses:
  • Pending - Invitation sent, not yet accepted
  • Active - Invitation accepted, has access

If Resend Doesn’t Work

  1. Verify the email address is correct
  2. Ask them to check spam/junk folder
  3. Try removing and re-inviting with correct email
  4. Contact support if issues persist
