Accessing Integrations
- Open your website in the editor
- Go to Settings tab
- Click Integrations section
Available Integrations
Google Tag Manager
Container for all your marketing tags. To connect:- Get your GTM Container ID (GTM-XXXXXX)
- Enter in the GTM field
- Save
Google Analytics
Track website traffic and behavior. To connect:- Get your GA Measurement ID (G-XXXXXXXXXX)
- Enter in the GA field
- Save
Microsoft Clarity
Heatmaps and session recordings. To connect:- Get your Clarity Project ID
- Enter in the Clarity field
- Save
Crisp
Live chat widget. To connect:- Get your Crisp Website ID
- Enter in the Crisp field
- Save
Intercom
Customer messaging platform. To connect:- Get your Intercom App ID
- Enter in the Intercom field
- Save
HubSpot Chat
CRM-integrated chat. To connect:- Get your HubSpot Portal ID
- Enter in the HubSpot field
- Save
Integration Status
After connecting:- Green indicator = Connected
- Red indicator = Error
- No indicator = Not configured

After connecting:- Publish your website
- Visit the live site
- Check the integration dashboard
- Verify data is flowing

- Open GA Real-Time reports
- Visit your website
- See yourself as active user
Testing Chat Widgets
- Visit your website
- Chat widget should appear
- Test sending a message
Disconnecting
To remove an integration:- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Find the integration
- Clear the ID field
- Save
