Connect your own domain to your Lindo.ai workspace.

Prerequisites

  • Elite or Reseller plan
  • Access to your domain’s DNS settings
  • A domain you own

Open Domain Settings

  1. Go to Settings → White Label
  2. Click the Domain tab
  3. Click Setup Domain

Enter Your Domain

Enter your main domain (e.g., youragency.com).Click Next.

Configure Subdomains

Set up three subdomains:

Default suggestions work for most cases. Click Next.

Add DNS Records

You’ll see a list of DNS records to add. Go to your domain registrar:Required Records:

How to add:
  1. Log in to your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap, etc.)
  2. Find DNS settings
  3. Add each record with the exact values shown

Verify Connection

  1. Return to Lindo.ai
  2. Click Check Status for each record
  3. Wait for green checkmarks (5-30 minutes)
  4. Once all verified, click Complete Setup

DNS Propagation

DNS changes take time to propagate:
  • Initial: 5-30 minutes
  • Full global: Up to 48 hours
Be patient if status doesn’t update immediately.

Common Issues

Record not connecting:
  • Double-check values match exactly
  • Remove trailing dots if present
  • Check for conflicting A/AAAA records
Cloudflare users:
  • Disable proxy (orange cloud → gray cloud)
  • Use DNS-only mode for verification

After Setup

Once connected:
  • Share app.youragency.com with clients
  • Client websites publish to sites.youragency.com
  • Emails come from your domain
