Prerequisites

  • Crisp account
  • Crisp Website ID

Get Your Website ID

  1. Log into crisp.chat
  2. Go to Settings → Website Settings
  3. Copy your Website ID

Open Integrations

Go to Settings → White Label → Integrations tab.

Find Crisp

Locate Crisp card.

Enter Website ID

Paste your Crisp Website ID.

Save

Click Save or Connect.

What You Get

After connecting:
  • Chat widget appears
  • Clients can message you
  • Real-time support
  • Chat history saved
