Prerequisites

  • Intercom account
  • Intercom App ID

Get Your App ID

  1. Log into app.intercom.com
  2. Go to Settings → Installation
  3. Copy your App ID

Open Integrations

Go to Settings → White Label → Integrations tab.

Find Intercom

Locate Intercom card.

Enter App ID

Paste your Intercom App ID.

Save

Click Save or Connect.
