Resend an invitation to a team member who didn’t receive it.

When to Resend

  • Email went to spam
  • Invitation expired
  • Member didn’t see it
  • Email address typo (after fixing)

Open Members Settings

Go to Settings → Members tab.

Find Pending Invitation

Look for invitations with “Pending” status.

Click Resend

Click the resend button next to the invitation.

Confirm

Invitation email is sent again.

Tips

  • Check spam folder first
  • Verify email address
  • Wait a few minutes
  • Contact member directly

If Still Not Received

  1. Revoke the invitation
  2. Verify correct email
  3. Send new invitation
  4. Ask member to check spam
