Stop automatic recurring billing for a client.

Open Client Details

Go to CRM → Select client.

Go to Subscriptions Tab

Click the Subscriptions tab.

Find the Subscription

Locate the active subscription.

Click Cancel

Click the cancel button.

Confirm

Acknowledge and confirm cancellation.

What Happens

When you cancel:
  • No more automatic billing
  • Current period may complete
  • Client notified
  • Subscription ends

Important Notes

  • Cannot be undone
  • May complete current period
  • Communicate with client
  • Can create new subscription later
