Edit client information in Workspace CRM.

Open Workspace CRM

Click CRM in the sidebar.

Select the Client

Click the client in the list.

Go to Info Tab

Ensure you’re on the Info tab.

Edit Fields

Update any field:
  • Name
  • Email
  • Company
  • Notes

Click Update

Save your changes.

Editable Fields

Notes Field

Use notes for:
  • Project details
  • Communication history
  • Special requirements
  • Internal reminders
