Opening Customer Details

  1. Go to the CRM tab in the website editor
  2. Find the customer in the list
  3. Click on the customer row
  4. The customer details modal opens

Customer Information

The modal shows:

Basic Info

  • Customer name
  • Email address
  • Company (if provided)
  • Notes

Billing Summary

  • Total billed amount
  • Outstanding balance
  • Total paid

Billing History

  • List of all invoices
  • Invoice status (open, paid, refunded)
  • Invoice amounts and dates

Subscriptions

  • Active subscriptions
  • Subscription details
  • Cancel option

Actions Available

From the customer details modal:
  • Update customer information
  • Create new invoices
  • View invoice details
  • Cancel subscriptions
