Accessing Customer Details
- Open your website in the editor
- Click CRM tab
- Click on any customer in the list
- The details modal opens
Modal Sections
Info Tab
Customer profile information:- Name: Customer’s full name
- Email: Contact email address
- Company: Business name (optional)
- Notes: Your internal notes
Billing Tab
Financial information:- Billing Summary: Total billed, outstanding, paid
- Invoice History: All invoices sent to this customer
- Invoice Actions: Copy link, download, refund
Subscriptions Tab
Recurring billing:- Active Subscriptions: Current recurring charges
- Subscription Details: Amount, frequency, status
- Cancel Option: Stop recurring billing
Customer Actions
From the details modal, you can:- Update customer information
- Send new invoices
- View payment history
- Manage subscriptions
- Add notes
Billing Summary
The summary shows:- Total Billed: All invoices ever sent
- Outstanding: Unpaid amounts
- Paid: Completed payments

- Review billing history regularly
