The Customer Details modal shows complete information about a website customer, including their profile, billing history, and subscriptions.

Accessing Customer Details

  1. Open your website in the editor
  2. Click CRM tab
  3. Click on any customer in the list
  4. The details modal opens

Info Tab

Customer profile information:
  • Name: Customer’s full name
  • Email: Contact email address
  • Company: Business name (optional)
  • Notes: Your internal notes

Billing Tab

Financial information:
  • Billing Summary: Total billed, outstanding, paid
  • Invoice History: All invoices sent to this customer
  • Invoice Actions: Copy link, download, refund

Subscriptions Tab

Recurring billing:
  • Active Subscriptions: Current recurring charges
  • Subscription Details: Amount, frequency, status
  • Cancel Option: Stop recurring billing

Customer Actions

From the details modal, you can:
  • Update customer information
  • Send new invoices
  • View payment history
  • Manage subscriptions
  • Add notes

Billing Summary

The summary shows:
  • Total Billed: All invoices ever sent
  • Outstanding: Unpaid amounts
  • Paid: Completed payments

Tips

  • Keep customer notes updated
  • Review billing history regularly
  • Monitor subscription status
  • Use notes for communication history
