Inviting a Team Member

  1. Open your website in the editor
  2. Click Settings tab
  3. Go to Team section
  4. Click Invite Member
  5. Enter their email
  6. Select their role
  7. Send invitation

Available Roles

  • Admin: Full access to website
  • Editor: Can edit content
  • Viewer: Read-only access

What They Can Do

Team members can:
  • Access this specific website
  • Edit based on their role
  • View analytics
  • Manage pages (if permitted)

Tips

  • Use minimum necessary permissions
  • Review team access regularly
  • Remove inactive members
  • Communicate role expectations
