When you sign up or log in with email, Lindo.ai sends a 6-digit PIN code to verify your identity.

How PIN Verification Works

  1. Enter your email address on the login/signup page
  2. Click Continue
  3. Check your email inbox for a message from Lindo.ai
  4. Find the 6-digit PIN code in the email
  5. Enter the PIN on the verification screen
  6. You’re signed in

PIN Code Details

  • Length: 6 digits
  • Expiration: 10 minutes
  • Case: Numbers only (0-9)

Didn’t Receive the PIN?

Check spam/junk folder The email might be filtered. Look for an email from Lindo.ai. Wait a moment Email delivery can take 1-2 minutes. Be patient. Request a new PIN Click “Resend code” on the verification screen to get a fresh PIN. Check email address Make sure you entered the correct email address.

PIN Expired?

If more than 10 minutes passed:
  1. Click “Resend code”
  2. A new PIN will be sent
  3. Use the new PIN (old one is invalid)

Security

  • Each PIN can only be used once
  • PINs expire after 10 minutes
  • Failed attempts are rate-limited
  • No password is stored—PIN verification is used for every login
