Owner

The account creator with complete access:
  • ✓ All workspace settings
  • ✓ Billing and plan management
  • ✓ Team member management
  • ✓ Client management (CRM)
  • ✓ Create/edit/delete websites
  • ✓ Analytics access
  • ✓ API and webhook configuration
Note: Each workspace has exactly one Owner. Ownership cannot be transferred.

Admin

Full access except financial controls:
  • ✓ All workspace settings (except billing)
  • ✗ Billing and plan management
  • ✓ Team member management
  • ✓ Client management (CRM)
  • ✓ Create/edit/delete websites
  • ✓ Analytics access
  • ✓ API and webhook configuration

Editor

Content creation focused:
  • ✗ Workspace settings
  • ✗ Billing
  • ✗ Team management
  • ✗ Client management
  • ✓ Create/edit websites
  • ✓ Analytics access

Viewer

Read-only access:

For agency clients:

Assigning Roles

When inviting team members:
  1. Go to Settings → Members
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter email address
  4. Select role from dropdown
  5. Send invitation

Changing Roles

To change a team member’s role:
  1. Go to Settings → Members
  2. Find the member
  3. Click the role dropdown
  4. Select new role
  5. Changes apply immediately
