Remove a client from your Workspace CRM.

Before Deleting

Consider:
  • Client’s websites (will be affected)
  • Outstanding invoices
  • Active subscriptions
  • Data preservation needs

Open Workspace CRM

Click CRM in the sidebar.

Select the Client

Click the client in the list.

Go to Info Tab

Ensure you’re on the Info tab.

Click Delete

Click the Delete button.

Confirm

Acknowledge and confirm deletion.

What Happens

When you delete a client:
  • Client account removed
  • Access revoked
  • Websites may be affected
  • Billing history preserved

Important Notes

  • Action cannot be undone
  • Communicate with client first
  • Handle outstanding billing
  • Export data if needed

  • Settle billing first
  • Export important data
  • Communicate clearly
  • Consider archiving instead
