  • Business, Elite, or Reseller plan
  • Logo file (PNG or SVG recommended)

Open Appearance Settings

  1. Go to Settings → White Label
  2. Click the Appearance tab

Find Full Logo Section

Look for the “Full Logo” upload area.

Upload Your Logo

  1. Click the upload area
  2. Select your logo file
  3. Or drag and drop the file

Crop (If Needed)

If your logo needs adjustment:
  1. Use the crop tool that appears
  2. Adjust the selection
  3. Click Save

Save Changes

Click Save Changes at the bottom of the settings.

Where the Logo Appears

Your logo displays in:
  • Workspace header (top left)
  • Login page
  • Client-facing areas

Logo Tips

Use transparent background:
  • Works on both light and dark backgrounds
  • Looks more professional
Keep it simple:
  • Avoid too much detail at small sizes
  • Text should be readable
Test both modes:
  • Check how it looks on light backgrounds
  • Check how it looks on dark backgrounds
Consider a light version:
  • If your logo is dark, it may not show on dark backgrounds
  • Some brands use different versions for different backgrounds
To remove and revert to default:
  1. Click the logo area
  2. Click Remove or delete
  3. Save changes
