Send invoices to your website customers for products, services, or custom charges.

Prerequisites

Before sending invoices:
  1. Stripe must be connected (Settings → Integrations)
  2. Customer must exist in CRM
  3. Customer must have valid email

Sending an Invoice

  1. Open your website in the editor
  2. Click CRM tab
  3. Select the customer
  4. Go to Billing tab
  5. Click Create Invoice

Service Name

What you’re charging for:
Website Design Services
Monthly Maintenance

Price

The amount to charge:
  • Enter numeric value
  • Select currency (USD, EUR, etc.)

Frequency

How often to charge:
  • One-time: Single payment
  • Monthly: Recurring monthly
  • Yearly: Recurring annually
  • Weekly: Recurring weekly

Sending the Invoice

  1. Review invoice details
  2. Click Send Invoice
  3. Customer receives email with payment link
  4. Invoice appears in billing history

Invoice Status

Track invoice status:
  • Open: Sent, awaiting payment
  • Paid: Payment received
  • Refunded: Payment returned

Managing Invoices

After sending:
  • Copy Link: Get payment URL
  • Download: Save as PDF
  • Refund: Return payment

  • Use clear service names
  • Set appropriate currency
  • Choose correct frequency
  • Follow up on unpaid invoices
