HubSpot Chat provides:
  • Live chat widget
  • CRM integration
  • Contact tracking
  • Chatbot flows

Prerequisites

  • HubSpot account
  • HubSpot tracking code ID

Get Your Tracking Code

  1. Log into app.hubspot.com
  2. Go to Settings → Tracking Code
  3. Copy your Hub ID

Open Integrations

Go to Settings → White Label → Integrations tab.

Find HubSpot

Locate HubSpot Chat card.

Enter Hub ID

Paste your HubSpot Hub ID.

Save

Click Save or Connect.

After connecting:
  • Chat widget appears
  • Contacts sync to CRM
  • Chat history in HubSpot
  • Lead capture
