Connect your own domain to your Lindo.ai website.

Prerequisites

  • Pro plan or higher
  • Access to your domain’s DNS settings
  • Domain registered with a domain registrar

Adding Your Domain

  1. Go to Settings → Domains
  2. Find the Custom Domain section
  3. Enter your domain (e.g., example.com or www.example.com)
  4. Click Add Domain

Connection Options

Option A: Root Domain

Connect your root domain (example.com):
  • Add a CNAME record pointing to Lindo.ai
  • Add a TXT record for verification

Option B: Subdomain

Connect a subdomain (www.example.com or app.example.com):
  • Add a CNAME record for the subdomain
  • Add a TXT record for verification

DNS Records

After adding your domain, you’ll see the required DNS records:

Adding DNS Records

  1. Log into your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.)
  2. Find DNS settings
  3. Add the CNAME record
  4. Add the TXT record
  5. Save changes

Verification

  1. Return to Lindo.ai settings
  2. Click Check Status
  3. Wait for DNS propagation (can take up to 48 hours)
  4. Status shows “Connected” when complete

SSL Certificate

SSL is automatically provisioned once your domain is connected. Your site will be accessible via HTTPS.
