Remove a team member who no longer needs access to your website.

Revoking Access

  1. Go to SettingsTeam
  2. Find the team member to remove
  3. Click the Remove or trash icon
  4. Confirm the removal

What Happens

When you revoke access:
  • Team member loses immediate access
  • They can no longer view or edit the website
  • Their previous changes remain
  • They’re removed from the team list

When to Revoke

  • Project completed
  • Team member left the organization
  • Role change (no longer needs access)
  • Security concerns

Re-granting Access

If you need to give access back:
  1. Send a new invitation
  2. They’ll need to accept again
  3. Previous permissions don’t carry over
