Remove a team member’s access to your workspace.

When to Revoke

  • Team member leaves
  • Project completed
  • Security concerns
  • Role no longer needed

Open Members Settings

Go to Settings → Members tab.

Find the Member

Locate the team member in the list.

Click Remove

Click the remove or revoke button.

Confirm

Acknowledge and confirm removal.

What Happens

When you revoke access:
  • Immediate effect
  • Member can’t log in
  • No access to workspace
  • Their work remains

Important Notes

  • Cannot revoke owner
  • Action is immediate
  • Can re-invite later
  • Work is preserved
