Chart Overview

The traffic chart shows two metrics over time:
  • Page Views - Total pages loaded
  • Visitors - Unique visitors

Reading the Chart

X-Axis (Horizontal)

Shows the time period based on your selected date range:
  • Daily view for short ranges
  • Weekly aggregation for longer ranges

Y-Axis (Vertical)

Shows the count of page views or visitors.

Lines

  • One line for page views
  • One line for unique visitors
  • Hover over points for exact values

Interpreting Patterns

Healthy Traffic

  • Consistent or growing trend
  • Page views higher than visitors (multiple pages per visit)
  • Regular patterns (weekday vs weekend)

Concerning Patterns

  • Sudden drops (check for issues)
  • Flat lines (no traffic)
  • Page views equal to visitors (single page visits)
