Submitting a Support Ticket

For account issues, bugs, or complex questions:
  1. Go to Support (user menu → Support)
  2. Click Submit a Ticket
  3. Describe your issue in detail
  4. Include:
    • What you were trying to do
    • What happened instead
    • Screenshots if helpful
    • Your workspace/website name
  5. Submit and wait for response
