Submitting a Support Ticket
For account issues, bugs, or complex questions:- Go to Support (user menu → Support)
- Click Submit a Ticket
- Describe your issue in detail
- Include:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Screenshots if helpful
- Your workspace/website name
- Submit and wait for response
