Set up credit packages so your clients can purchase additional AI credits as one-time payments.

Prerequisites

  • Reseller (Whitelabel) plan active
  • Stripe connected in Settings → Integrations

Steps

1. Open Tiers Settings

Navigate to Settings → Tiers tab. The credit packages section is below the tiers section.

2. Add a Package

Click the Add Package button. A new row appears with fields for:
  • Name — Display name (e.g., “Starter Pack”, “Pro Pack”)
  • Credits — Number of AI credits in the package
  • Price — One-time purchase price
  • Currency — USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, or CAD

3. Configure Multiple Packages

Add up to 4 packages. They’ll be displayed as cards in the client’s purchase modal.

4. Save

Click Save Packages. The packages are now available for your clients.

5. Client Experience

When a client opens their Plans & Billing modal:
  1. They see a Buy Credits button
  2. Clicking it opens a modal with available packages
  3. They select a package and complete payment via Stripe Checkout
  4. Purchased credits are immediately added to their balance

Purchased vs Monthly Credits

  • Monthly credits come from tier subscriptions and reset each billing cycle
  • Purchased credits come from credit packages and don’t expire
  • Both count toward the client’s total available balance
