Set up subscription tiers so your clients can choose a plan and pay through Stripe Checkout.

Prerequisites

  • Reseller (Whitelabel) plan active
  • Stripe connected in Settings → Integrations

Steps

1. Open Tiers Settings

Navigate to Settings → Tiers tab in your workspace.

2. Add a Tier

Click the Add Tier button. A new row appears with fields for:
  • Name — Display name (e.g., “Starter”, “Pro”)
  • Website Limit — Number of websites the client can create
  • Monthly Credits — AI credits allocated each month
  • Price — Monthly subscription price
  • Currency — USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, or CAD

3. Configure Multiple Tiers

Add up to 4 tiers. They’ll be ordered from left to right in the client’s billing modal. The order determines upgrade/downgrade direction — tiers later in the list are considered higher.

4. Save

Click Save Tiers. The tiers are now available for your clients.

5. Client Experience

When a client opens their Plans & Billing modal, they’ll see:
  • Tier cards with pricing and features
  • A Subscribe button on each tier
  • After subscribing: Upgrade, Downgrade, or Cancel buttons

Editing Tiers

You can modify tier details at any time. Changes apply to new subscriptions. Existing subscribers keep their current terms until they change plans.

Removing a Tier

Delete a tier row and save. Existing subscribers on that tier will keep their subscription until they cancel.
