Reseller Tiers let you create subscription plans that your clients can subscribe to. Each tier defines what your clients get — website limits, monthly credits, and pricing.

What It Is

Tiers are subscription plans you define in your workspace settings. When a client subscribes to a tier, they get:
  • A set number of websites they can create
  • Monthly AI credits that reset each billing cycle
  • An active subscription managed through Stripe

How Tiers Work

Creating Tiers

  1. Go to Settings → Tiers tab
  2. Click Add Tier (up to 4 tiers)
  3. Set the tier name, website limit, monthly credits, price, and currency
  4. Click Save
Tiers are automatically assigned IDs based on their order: tier1, tier2, tier3, tier4.

Supported Currencies

You can price tiers in:
  • USD ($)
  • EUR (€)
  • GBP (£)
  • AUD (A$)
  • CAD (C$)

Client Subscription Flow

  1. Client opens the Plans & Billing modal
  2. Available tiers are displayed as cards
  3. Client clicks Subscribe on their chosen tier
  4. They’re redirected to a Stripe Checkout page
  5. After payment, the subscription is activated
  6. Monthly credits are allocated automatically

Upgrade & Downgrade

Clients with an active subscription can:
  • Upgrade to a higher tier — prorated charges apply
  • Downgrade to a lower tier — prorated credit applied
  • Cancel their current subscription
The tier cards show contextual buttons based on the client’s current plan.
